Pretty simple man, did you read the instructions on the bottle? A certain amount into the gas tank, a certain amount into the crankcase through the oil filler cap, a certain amount through any vacuum line, most commonly the brake booster.

There is really no reason for you to be using that snake oil in a newish car. Don't do it!

Why are you calling it snake oil? You imply that you know it works/cleans crap out by saying that he shouldn't need to use it on a "newish car." It is just like any other additive; it works but you have to be careful about when, how much and how frequently you use it.

I agree with shift_coupe, you shouldn't need any additive on such a new car, unless you bought it used with over 60k or so miles. Change the oil every 3000 miles using an oil of good quality and oil filter and your good to go. Since this car is not direct injected i use a chevron techron every 2 - 3 oil changes just to keep the fuel system clean and the intake valves.
