Sea foam when to use it....

I want to add this seafoam to clean out my car..It has 180k miles is getting old so im hopin this flushes the junk it has lost some horsepower to due to age..I dont quite know how to use it do the car needs a oil change so can i put the foam in with the new oil or do i put it in before the oil change....
