what are the differences between the '90 240SX SE and the base model?

There isn't ...

Reason why is because in the Zenki models (89-90) there were only 2 models available...Coupe XE and Fastback SE. The only thing that makes them different are the packages and options. I just found this out last week on a FAQ I found.

This FAQ is the actual Nissan chart they gave to customers back in 1989 and 1990.

I have an SE, theoretically. I have manual windows/locks/mirrors, no sunroof, no cruise, nothing.... but I have (well, had) A/C.

if i remember right.. they did make a sports package or something.. because i have an se... and it came with power everything and a sunroof... but i did lack the a/c although my car is canadian

Also for the s14 models the Base models come with hubcaps (in a smaller size and width. 195s as opposed to 205s) and no spoiler.

Yeah so technically i have a SE with the Power Convenience Group package. power everytghing, cruise control, and an A/C that needs recharging.
