Where can I find parts for a decent price for this change over. was looking to pull the pedal assembly and shifter box from a junk car if I could find one, but the transaxle is what am really concerned about.

And what kind of labor am I looking at: doing it myself vs. getting a shop to do it?

Junkyards are your best bet for the parts.

The swap itself isn't too hard, but it is time consuming and isn't for the feint of heart, you're taking apart pretty key parts of your drivetrain, after all. If you haven't worked much on cars, I'd have a professional do it.

It won't be cheap, either. I haven't seen a price quoted around here, so you'll have to ask your local shops what they'd charge.

Wouldn't it probably be cheaper, and a lot easier, to just trade for a Spec-V, no/yes?
