Alrighty, I've removed the whole assembly awhile ago, and I didn't see why the holes going from intake plenum to intake plenum had to be sealed up. I just sealed up the main one to the outside of the manifold (by the scv valve.) Could someone explain why it is necessary to plug up the holes between the upper plenums? I just can't figure it out, hope someone can help.

as long as there is no hole to let in outside air after the MAFS you are fine
