Is the Swirl Control Valve required on a KA24E to operate? I removed the flaps and sealed the holes on the runners before I ported the intake manifold. This car is running but not moveable.

no, scv is not necessary. it helps your off idle response and emmissions. just be darn sure you sealed her up good and youll be fine.
