Screwed up Sleepy Eye Mod

i was working on the sleepy eye mod for my car and i got it all right, it was working.....then i had to be an idiot and one of my wires touched ground and sparked. i didn't think to much of it until my headlights wouldn't go down. so i replaced two relays and the lights still wont work. can anyone help???

how about the fuse? have you checked it?

ya the two fuses that are the 15 volts are good. the head lamps work but they will not go back down????

possiblity of shorting the actual headlamp motors??

how would i check that??? i know were the motors are but what would i to do see if i shorted them out???
