Hmm, part of it sounds like the driver memory is reverting back to a setting. I believe in higher trims, the key fob can sync to the driver memory seats which includes audio & comfort settings, etc.
To check if it's a matter of memory seating, simply push the seat all the way back or forward then get out and lock the door. Using the fob button, unlock the door. If the key fob is memorized, you'll see the seat move to its former position.
If that's the case, follow the owners manual to set your memory position on the door panel as well as key fob after you've made your adjustments.
If that's not the case, then I'm guessing if you have navigation, the system is going bonkers and doesn't recognize where it is?
I know Navi equipped Nissan models usually get their signal for time from satellites.
I've gotta admit, I didn't pay too much attention to my GIS classes, so I can't confidently tell you yes/ no on this part. Wait, do you have working navigation in your car?
If that all fails, well, I'd disconnect the negative terminal of the battery overnight. That should do a soft reset of most computers.
