Screeching grinding noise

Ok here's the story, moved from California to Colorado. Pulled my q45 on a flatbed trailer from sunny San Diego to colorado springs. my Q was running in excellent condition the day i drove it onto the trailer. Upon arriving to colorado i decided to drive my q off the flatbed trailer and park it in the garage. DIDN'T REALIZE that severe weather changes had completely frozen my coolant system in my engine, radiator, etc. upon starting the engine all hell broke loose. What damage could have occured to my engine? How severe could it be?

Serpentine belt slipped and made lots of noise, water pump likely damaged, replace it for certain.
