screaming t28 turbo wtf

so my turbo used to be quite but now its super loud as soon as i lay into my throttle, screaching screaming sound. whats wrong with it? anyone know about or had this same problem?

its set to 10psi

Its probably fvked. Take off the compressor housing and check for damage.

Check for side to side play. If your bearings are shot or you're getting a lack of oil, the compressor wheel could be making contact with the housing.

You might be leaking boost.

check to make sure the turbo is not falling off the exhaust manifold

Alot of ppl never put the locking tabs back on the exhaust housing
