Scratches on wheel cover

Hi:

Last winter I got some scratches on my right front wheel covers (road side curb hidden by snow..).I called my dealer to ask if they can sell the touch-up paint (light gray) for the cover and the answer was no.Does anybody know where to find touch-up paint for the wheel covers ?Is there any code # associated to this color ?
