scratches on my new car

just picked up a new g35 coupe on saturday evening. i live in a (quiet) aprtment building, and park in our covered garage. this morning i realized that i had a few scrathces on my car, on both sides. not too sure how deep the scratched are.....when i picked up the car it was still sunny out and it's very possible that i didnt notice it (being too excited to just get in a drive away). anyway, is it possible that the dealership sold me a car that was scratched? is it possible that they covered it up in some way? there are plenty of nice (and even nicer) cars in my building so it's not like my car was a stick out target.

Bring it back to the dealership. They are normally pretty good about taking care of issues like that. On my last 2 new cars they fixed up the scratches that I noticed in the coming weeks (05 Jeep Liberty, 06 G35 Sedan). Now a days, dealerships are trying to improve their names so they will work with you on things like this.
