Scratches on my 09 Versa

What is the black underside abs plastic "like" under the front bumper called? i got a huge scratch there from a curb. is there any way to DYI fix this? thanks!

is it the black lip along the bottom of the bumper? if so sand it with fine sand paper.

Thanks for replying, yes its underneath the front bumper in the black abs plastic part i am guessing you guys call it the black lip area, it doesn't really show on the car unless you crane your neck down and look at it closely, but i would love a dyi fix, does solutions such as meiguar scratch x 2.0 work with like a microfiber towel? i am guessing sand paper used to construction is a bit too rough on the black abs plastic?

take a picture for us to asses the damage and then point you in the right direction

You can use a fine grit sandpaper and smooth it out. Use some of the plastic polish to hide/cover up the small scratches. Hope that helps.
