I had a decal on the back of my window and my dumbass friend took it off with a screw driver and scratched my windows ..they are little scratches..i have tints on my window but i think it goes deeper than that (if the tints are even on the outside of my window) does anyone know of anything i can do to fill the scratches or to fix it??

Tint is on the inside of your window. Why would you ever allow someone to take a screwdriver to your window? For future reference, use a razor blade.

As for what to do now, I would find smarter friends to start. Without seeing the damage in person, its kind of hard to say if the window would need to be replaced to fix it.

go to autozone!

They have little window crack repair kits. Should be able to buff them out.

...Why didn't you stop him??? That had to take time to do that many scratches. Tell your friend he failed.
