Scratch repair

To make a long story short, took my new G to get it washed today at a pretty reputable place. Took forever to get it done, guy brings it to me I give it a quick look over, looks fine. After getting it home, I noticed a small scratch on the front fender. Its lite and not very deep, however, black makes everything look worse. Car wash wont fix it, says it was already there, the car has 400 miles on it and Im pissed. So what can I use to touch it up?? Again its not that big, (maybe an inch long and not deep) but it being a brand new car, I want to get it fixed. Thanks!
