Does anyone out there have a FX45 with a metal on metal scraping noise coming from the rear left wheel when you first shift into drive or reverse? Dealer says this noise is normal? I know alot about cars and i know that this cannot be normal. Please help!

This could be the ABS performing the self check test, especially if it's momentary and only on cold start up.

Check your owner's manual for more information, but ALL Nissan/Infiniti products I've owned have made this same sound.

Did you drive through puddles, slush, wet snow, etc? Sometimes what happens is ice forms on the brake discs. It happens a lot in cold weather on my Jeep. Especially parked overnight or for some time. It sounds kind of like grinding metal and then it goes away as the the brakes warm up and melts the ice.
