I'm pretty sure I know what it is but I'm not going to say it as I want to see if you all have the same idea as me without me saying anything first. Here's a video of it. http://youtu.be/GB_UHslnXT8 any feedback is much appreciated.

Wasn't able to hear the grinding noise in your video. How many miles does your car have?

It's a 2009 2.5 with 48k on it. You need the volume pretty loud to hear it
