Scottsdale Pavillions Saturday night meet Jan 23, 2010 mini-meet

If your from the area the you know this is a regular sat event.

But we have 4 cars already:mcrewsq 02 Q45 from Sacramento, Ken in AZ 06 M45, Qsiguy very sweet Q45/rear turbo, and Drew's 03 M45

(no it's not a VK45 meet!!!! lol)

Is there a pretty good turn out of folks at that spot?

I have never been before but KEN in AZ on the M forum lives there and so does qsiguy. THe both say it gets full fast.you might shoot Ken in AZ a pm with your exact concern.but we would love to have you.

The average turnout is decent. More of a get-together than a car show.

Don't go there expecting a "show."

I have some work to do on the turbo Q but hopefully with a few weeks I can get it done before that weekend. It runs now but I have panels off and wires running all over the place for the ECU stuff, wideband sensor, etc. The turbo's started leaking oil a bit so I need to figure out if it's my scavenge oil pump or the turbo itself. Either way I can drive it, it will just be a bummer to have people checking it out in the current condition. I'll do my best to have it ready.

I haven't been there for a while but it's usually a nice place to hang out on a Saturday night. There is usually a few really cool cars that show up. I've even seen one of those jet engine powered sport bikes there a while back.
