So last week my cousin said he was getting an '08 328i and was getting rid of his civic, i asked how much and he said "idk $1000.00." So i jumped on it. 2000 Ex, 136,000 miles, AEM cai, ACT stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel. Runs and drives perfect, now i can finally do everything i want to my 240 with no worries.
Second story. About two weeks ago i saw a red vert broken down parked along side the road, i drove past it for about a week and it just sat there. It bugged me so i wrote a note with my name and number said i was interested in buying it and could tow it. The guy calls me, says "the piston rings are out of it, $600." My co worker has been wanting a 240 ever since he got a ride in mine so i tell him about it, we hop in the rollback pick it up tonight. Get home, it fires right up, no smoking, no knock. Only issue is bogging, figure it just fuel related, hopefully will be an easy fix. Now im just kicking myself for not buying it for myself, oh well, anyways pictures.
Body is in excellent shape, no rust, new top (small crack in window) all stock Funniest part, someone wrote on the passenger window with car chalk - I <3 Boys 8===> ----

He said clutch went out, pedal was on the floor and there was fluid all over the ground. So i got a slave cylinder, drove an hour and a half to DC put a slave cylinder in and drove it home lol.
