Schematic for Console Box

I want to drill a hole in the console box to run a cable. Since there is a lighter connection in there, it must be wired some where, some how. Does anyone have a schematic of the console box? Has anyone already run cables through it? Any suggestions?

near the footwell there's a panel that you can remove with your hands and you'll see the back of the console box. Follow the wire

Thanks, but I will still need to make a hole in the interior. Or is there another "magic" panel??

you need a schematic for the box? i think the lighter has only two wires, one hot and one ground. if anything, a volt meter should do the job

Well, do the sign of the cross and start cutting. If you hear a "pop" then you know you just cut something you shouldn't have LOL
