Does Infiniti offer a way to prepay for scheduled maintenance up front? I would like to do this but my dealer says they do not offer this. Most other companies do offer it.

Some Manufacturers - BMW, for example - sell every car with maintenance included, up to xxx miles / xxx months. Audi used to offer this for free, now it's $550. And even then, the free maintenance is based on either what the computer tells you (BMW) or what the manufacturer recommends (Audi). And certain things - wiper blades, for example - may or may not be covered.

Other brands, it's up to the dealer. My Infiniti dealer, for example, offers lifetime oil changes, and free schedule maintenance up to and including the 30K service. My service rep set my oil change intervals for 3750 miles, but I could go in any time before that interval and get a free oil change.

I've seen the pre-paid maintenance agreements before (at a Honda dealer) but I think those are also based on dealer participation.
