Looking at the booklet that came w/ the vehicle, since I don't drive in harsh / stop 'n go / extreme cold / hot wather, I can stick w/ schedule 2 maintenance schedule. The engine oil and filer was changed at 5k (yeah right in b/w 3750 and 7500 miles), kinna an owkward period to change oils. But it was a great deal that the dealer provides. Just 9.99 (+ tax) and that was it for the oil and filter change. So now my vehicle is closing in to 10k miles, should I do the 6 months / 7500miles service? I maybe able to skip this (the existing engine oil has been running in the engine for almost 5k, so maybe in another 2500miles then I can change the oil?). I used to keep changing oil at 3k, but seems to me over the years car technologies have advanced so much that engines no longer need to change oil as frequent as before. So 7500 miles maybe the new normal? But this 7500miles / 6 months service at Infiniti also rotate tires. Can I do this myself? When they say 'rotate tires' do they mean switch the tires back to front and left to right and vice versa? or they actually take each tires out, rotate and balance each tires before switch the front to back, left to right etc? If I just switch the tires left to right and back to front, should I worry about the TPMS?
thx
