sc50 will only boost to 10 lbs

hi i have a precsion sc50 that will only boost to 10lbs after 10lbs boost gauge read hiigher but car is making no more power ??? any ideas

Check your waste gate setting. Check your compression. Check for exhaust leaks before the turbo. Check for boost leaks in the intercooler piping.
