What is your thoughts?I Alredy have a s13 to drive around too.

I have $2500 cash, so $1,000 to fix it maybe

Wow, that looks like A LOT of quarter damage. I was thinking a dent, but that thing got sideswiped by a semi or something. Make sure there is no frame damage to it first. Find out what needs to be replaced, if anything. If youre going to do overfenders make sure you rustproof that side. You might not know everything thats wrong with it until you get it.

If you dont really need another car then I would say keep the money for some mods for the 240sx. I dont know if it snows in Santa Rosa, but you probably wont need a winter car. And if you get it you will end up spending twice as much as you do now on insurance.

I'd be hesitate just because of the substantial damage...who knows how the car drives and if it'll hold an alignment...

I dunno man. He is basically admitting that he trashes the car daily. He told you he swiped a guardrail and then in the listing he says the pictures were taken after hitting 100+ on the highway. Its up to you. Check the car out, I guess. I would just hold on to the money though.
