I think I posted up a reply in one of the other threads, but I'm happy to reitterate it.
The two noticeable results on the 6mt were that the rpms shot up much faster. I don't want to say that the wires produced more HP, because I'd be making an assumption, not stating a fact. However, if the engine accelerates to a given RPM faster and there is little to no slippage (manual transmission), that would lead me to believe that there is higher HP.
In my mind, it really doesn't matter because I'm going faster and it feels good regardless of how it's happening.
The second noticeable improvement was that my audio was cleaner and louder than before. I've delayed my audio upgrade because of it. Disclaimer: The base speakers still suck. They bleed easily and could use a 5 range EQ.
Overall, the car is much more fun to drive and I don't feel like I'm pulling the car around anymore. My VDC seems to kick in later (a little slip isn't bad) and it releases quicker too.
Another Note: The results that I experienced were experienced when I wasn't "looking for results" like many of us do when we add on new mods. I drove my car only partially grounded for a couple of weeks before I finished the rest (this meant that the ECU and half of the rest of the kit was not connected). I finished the kit on that Sunday night and then drove to work the next day (not remembering that I installed the kit). Later that afternoon, my wife came to drop off lunch for me and wanted to know why I was still at work, because my optometry appointment was in less than 10 mins. I got in my car, loaded the new CD that my wife just brought me and started driving.
I immediately noticed that the CD sounded great and my car moved effortlessly. The the time I was half way to my appointment, I was pushing over 90 and had to slow down.
The wires didn't click as a cause until I pulled up to the optometry office with 1 min to spare.
10 mins -2 mins to get in my car and get the CD out of the case (that cellophane was a pain).-1 extra min-----------------=7 mins to pull out of the parking lot, jump on the freeway, weave through traffic (4 miles), and deal with 2 more lights before pulling into the optometry office's parking lot.
