Saw my first GT-R in person today.

dont know if this is the right thread or not...but...

so i was at my dealership and i saw the owner drive in on the new GT-R. my mouth dropped. i asked what sticker was, the guy said...he didnt even know. ot was a black one, it looked like the batmobile (first batman) but cooler. if you get a chance, take a peek. they hooked this car up sick. still had paper plates. WOW. thats all i gotta say.

I saw my first one drive out of the parking garage at work. It was a night, but it still had such a presence.

the first time i saw a gtr was at the last coupe meet at autobacs. i didnt even realize it was a gtr until like an hour later haha

i also saw my first one today too at the dealership. Sticker said 79,500. It was DEAD sexy. Kinda wanted to ask to go for a test drive.

nothing special, seen quite a few around the city. First ones i saw were in Japan this summer.

Its been already compared somewhere, think it was a magazine. The R8 is a beauty, but the GT-R is faster than almost all cars worth 50-80k more than it does. Best bang for the buck period. It freaking beats the new 911GTII.

I'd rather drive the R8 tho xD.... just look at it.

I've seen 2 on the I210 in the Glendora area. I was surprised, much better looking in person then the pictures I had seen up to that point.

When I was shopping for my A/C, I told the salesman that I was looking for my "Mid Life Crisis" car. He pointed to the blue GTR on the showroom and said that was my "Mid Life Crisis" car. (I told him I was on a budget mid life crisis).

The car had a sticker of around $76,000 with "sold. do not touch!" signs all around it. Salesman said a brake job costs about $6000.

yup in person thay do look incredible the MSRP has even gone up to 76840 base and 79090 loaded, but if you can grab one under 90 now that's a great job....that "titanium" paint is a marvel, is it sliver, is it browm, is it pewter metallic? its f'n awesome that's what it is....but give it 2 years then you can probably get one at sticker...but hell yeah they are the bees knees

I saw one at my dealership on friday!!!! kinda crazy for the area i'm at! but it was beautiful.....took pics with the phone cause i didn't have my camera and i didn't know when would be the next time i would see one!

The local dealer was having the "drive event" and had their showroom GT-R out for the public. Since I know the guys at the dealersip pretty well, the sales manager took me for a rip around the autocross track they had setup for the event. All I can say is Oh My God!!!!I've been in some incredible cars before but this one has a whole other feel about it. Fast, classy and sexy all in one.

I first saw one in person like two weeks ago at a race track where the GTR gave a V8 Mustang a 2 in a half car at least lead from the starting line and preceded to smoke it after half way down the track!
