Being the bored guy that I am always checking classifieds for stuff...I found this:

it is probably not federally legal, but you can get away with alot of things in florida... like selling illegal cars...

Just remove that sticker on the side and it should be all good.. if i remember that guy wants like $22k + couple monthes back
