saw a Carrera GT - no pics

Disclaimer: This is just a story. No pics...I just saw something that made my 12hr day at work worth every moment.I decided to check out a dealer near my house to see if they had any S14s. (of course they didnt) But as I was getting out the car, I heard a sound. Thought it was a Ferrari at first (or a LeMans car??), but it turned out to be a silver Carrera GT driving by. So I blew off the salesman, and went after the Porsche. Caught up to him at the Porsche dealer (surprise) and caught another glimpse as he pulled into the service bay and closed the door behind him.And no, I DID NOT walk up to the window and peek inside like a 5 yr old...

OK, I did.

This is the single most impressive street car Ive ever seen in person. I dont think it can be topped (with the exception of seeing a McLaren F1). In the morning, I think I'll give the Porsche loan officer a call and see what we can work out...

OH MY GOD I SAW ONE TOO and talked with a few of the dealership guys who drove it. I actualy saw it twice it is. the Russneck Porshe dealership in thousand oaks california had one for a few days.That car was simply amazing...wow.
