(if this is a repost oh well) well i found this on silvia.net. but i love nico for teaching me half of what i know so here we go. i been doing the 5 lug for the front of my s13 what you would need is: a drill, drill bit size 1/2 ,five lug rotor, and 2 pieces of wood.
well first remove your hub by:removing tire , the caliper, the rotor, and then the nut that holds the hub.
second remove the studs but 1 put your rotor on top of the hub and hold them together by tightening the lug nut
third get the 2 pieces of wood (2x4) on the working area then center the rotor so that the hub is in the middle of the 2 pieces of wood.
forth get your drill and start drilling the 5 lug pattern onto your four lug.
(notice that 2 holes that you do, will drill without a problem the other 2 will need some grinding work to do on the back of the hub.)
fifth would be grinding the back of the hub so that the new studs could go in perfect.
sixth would be putting your new studs in (whatever your method is or) make sure that the threath of the new stud go in the hub without a problem and the last part of the stud goes in with pressure or hitting it hard with a hammer make sure all of the stud goes in.
seventh congrats your done with your 5 lug.
eight put back everything like you took it off thighten everything and your set and go test them.so far i havent had no problems
im not responsible for what you do, do this at your own risk
ill post pictures tommorow to give you a better idea (comments and flaming and anything else is welcome)
