sat radio

I have 06 QX56. Question is how best to hook up my aftermarket Sat radio XM. I don't want to use the connection on the rear window antena as to hard to hide wire. can I get to back of stereo. suggestions?

Yes, you can get to the back of the stereo, check out the Service Manual on how to pull that apart.
