I justed purhased a M35x Premium and picked it up a few days ago, I asked for a Sat radio optiion but I'm told thats not available for this car in Canada, and this is because the CRTC (same as FCC I belive) has not apporved its use in Canada. I find this strange as a number of Canadian Retails sell the XM brand.

Has anyone in Canada installed/purchased this option? and if so, how do you suggest getting connected with it?

Thanks in advance for any/all help in this matter;

Well; it turns out the dealers here are gun-shy to install these, but there is some referals they are doingto a local guy where I'm at that will install the factory version of the Sirus system...

Interesting, but I guess there is no choice....tk

Ah! Glad you found a potential source. I had not responded at all, since I did not have a clue as to why it was not yet available in Canada. I vaguely remember hearing that some Canadian owners were driving into the US to get them installed!
