any of you recently called then back and asked for the 3yr free trial that ppl were doing before? Times almost up for me, dunno if i should try or just pay for it.

I didn't try to get the 3yr free thing, but I just renewed at the same $77/year discounted price that I had before (and they waived the new "US Music Royalty Fee", and gave me another $12.95 discount for setting up auto-renew on my credit card). When I called, I said I wanted to cancel, and they transferred me to someone in another department (who probably has more flexibility in giving discounts). I said the reason I wanted to cancel was that the renewal price was a lot higher than my old price, and I didn't like the new royalty fee.

i got a 3 months trial not a 3 year trial. i feel ripped off at this point.

We don't even get XM-Traffic up here in Canada... but at least our NAV Units work so much better than the ones in the USA.

the FX has a deal going on that covered their XM + XMnav for 3 years. ppl were calling in and just saying they owned an infiniti and got the promo

on my 2009 EX, it doesnt seem to pick up pkwy traffic status in NY.... but today, when i picked up the 2010 EX, it showed the Grand Central/Northern State Pkwy with updates.......

can ppl with pre 2010 and 2010 models check?

I will let you know tomorrow when I hit Southern then Northern State :-) But I know it seem limited in Northern VA for the standpoint of my 09... Beltway & i95 yes, but I get nothing else (Dulles Toll Road, Greeway etc)

yea parents came over with the 09 EX today and i tested this out....i dont get any traffic info on the parkways only freeways.....

but my 2010 shows flow on the parkways!! so weird.

I took the 440 to Belt to S. State, and it was certainly spotty. At the beginning of 440 Yes but 440 end before Staten Island Expressway was missing. Belt I had some areas not the whole Belt. Southern State until I got to Suffolk line and then nothing..

I wonder if the 2010 version with operate in 09? I need to check that out.. I love it when it works!

I try to head-up about two or three times a year. I usually head-up for the different holidays as my entire family still lives here. Usually, November, April and July.

I would be into doing a shoot as I often bring my 20d up as well.
