I just brought home a 2011 Rogue SV over the weekend and I can't get my Sansa mp3 player to work. It has a USB cable and I plugged that into the USB port in the center console. I pushed the AUX button on the car's display and nothing happens. My Sansa shows that it is connected. It's probably something dumb, but what am I doing wrong?

It wouldn't work, I tried that on my Pioneer stereo too. You can connect an iPod, iPhone or just an USB tumbdrive with music files.

You need to use the AUX jack hole to connect the Sansa MP3 player. Don't be surprise if you need to increase the volume significantly if you want to hear something.
The USB port will charge it back probably, but for the sound, it seems to be only with Apple stuff.

I just had to look that up in the manual.... Nice, it works with USB thumb drives/memory sticks! Heck of a lot cheaper/easier than carrying around an MP3 player or an iPod.
