I took my 2006 M35 Infiniti in for an oil change and final inspection before my warranty expires. The dealer did the standard upsell on me with the recommended service. I declined the service (which included replacing the spark plug) and just asked for the oil change.

I got a call from the service rep and he said that they found that the valve covers were leaking and it would be covered under my warranty. He also said that if i wanted to he could have the service guys install new plugs for me, since they had to take them out of the car anyway. I was very surprised that he offered to and had them do it. Saved me hundreds in labor costs by only having to buy the plugs.

So if any of you guys in San Diego area ever need to get service done on your car ask for David.

i remember going there , they were pretty kool ! but were crying about my car being toooooo LOW and that can affect my warranties they said ! i was like really you wanna see low !!! mine is OFF roadin ! ha ha , got free cookies and free water and was pretty good with their service ! the tech there was like they all say that !
