Does anyone know how to directly download my phonebook from a Verizon Galaxy 4 to a 2010 M35?

I cant stand the bluetooth on the M. Half the time I hang up on the caller just trying to answer the phone. I now leave my bluetooth off on the phone and if I use it I only do so after I am already on the call.
