Same Size Tires

I have a 2014 Q60 Vert base model.

I have the standard 18" x 8" wheels with staggered tires:
245 - 45 - 18

225 - 50 - 18

Is it possible to put the 245 - 45 - 18's on the front with no fitment issues?

You could. That results in a slightly larger circumference (0.7% too fast) compared to the staggered size but I don't think that will cause you any issues in a non-AWD configuration.
