First, I have a 2014 Q60 Vert base model which I believe is the same as a G37 vert?

I have the standard 18" x 8" , 10 spoke wheels with staggered tire sizes:

245 - 45 - 18 - rear

225 - 50 - 18 - front

Is it possible to put the 245 - 45 - 18's on the front with no fitment or tire rotation issues?

If the wheels are the same offset as well, then yes you can run a square tire set-up.

Where can I find a spec sheet that identifies the offset on the wheels? The brochure I have just has the 18" x 8" dimensions.
