Its running open downpipe, non-intercooled, and non-idling, but that'll be fixed by tuesday.

Its fun!. Got the install done basically by myself in about 20 hours

It pulls like a son-of-a-whore compared to NA. The turbo iself is freaking insanely loud, which is cool. The feeling of getting pushed back in your seat is awesome. I just went for a ride in the rain and couldnt keep my new falken ziex's planted on the road. Earlier today, me and my friend went rice hunting and blew by a mid-ninties celica. both of the guys in the car's jaws dropped. It was fun as hell. I've put a good 60 miles on her today revving at stoplights to keep from stalling while using my parking brake to keep from moving.

Oh yeah, did I mention i have 200k miles on my KA? lol is that a record?

The stock intake tract has a bunch of vac lines on it.

I got a question on the botton one, its freaking huge, like 1.25". What is that, and what do i do with it?!?

Thanks!

I believe you are talking about the idle valves intake track. I'm routing my a few inches away from the TB as Dennis did...

timing is stock, but is retarded automatically when boosted.

leaks: yes, but havent figured it out yet. need to degrease the motor.

Oil pan. I didnt remove it :) I just tapped it and gave it 4 oil changes, ran it for a minute, changed it again. gonna change it again in a couple days and add a magnetic plug and filter attachment. This might be unheard of, but it's been done on many cars successfully, as long as you're careful. Im not suggesting it to anyone though

I used a unibit for the drilling.

Retard according to boost isnt anything new. My ignition is a Crane and has rev limiter and boost reatard. It has its own map sensor which can see boost and retard timing accordingly

Here's a short, crapy vid of the 240http://67.33.14.41/240/images/vid/boost.wmv

Here's a unibit. ~$35
