salt water/pebble in ecu? - no spark/cant turn over

could this cause a problem? just finished sr20 swap and trying to diagnose why the black/pink wire isn't doing what it's suppose to do to coils/injectors...it has 12V of power but still not sparking/turning over...could this potentially damage my sr20 ecu?

funny story, we were messing with the wires and moving the ecu around the herd something rattling, so we opened it up and found a small pebble and this white stain across...we think its from salt water but not sure
