My clutch pedal has about and inch of play can anyone tell me if this is a problem or how to tighten it up

if it works, just be happy, if it starts grabbing where you want it to start grabbing just dont touch it.

try putting in a stage 1 clutch, where it catches in very short distance, and oh yes, you're going need adjust to way below so it can catch at least somewhere close to the top.

it is not a problem, u can adjust it. get under, you will see that clutch sensor button, every time you step on clutch it gets pressed so u can start the car. i think thats the bolt u need to adjust. you only adjust it in very small increments and it affects clutch free play a lot.
