LDW doesn't work very well while it's raining because there is water on the camera lenses and also because it is a lot harder to see the reflective paint when it's wet. It does actually work very well at night, even better than it does during the day for me - as long as it's dry.
BSW youll see the orange lights randomly come on and off when it rains. You can't trust it when it's raining since the water droplets on the camera will fool it. You should never fully trust these safety systems anyway, always check your blind spot yourself. These safety systems should be for augmenting good driving practices, not trying to replace them.
