As soon as my car reaches its average temp after warming up it will boost to 14 and it is noticably faster but only for a few minutes and then it will start only boosting to about 7 and is definently slower. My radiator has a small leak in it i was just wondering if this would be enough to trigger a sensor and cause the comp to put the car into safety boost or if something else could be causing it???

It is a 1991 twin turbo with a jwt chip and boost jets. And i know the boost jets arent as consistent as an actual boost controller but im pretty sure its more than that.
