I am lookint at an mechanical autometer fuel pressure gauge (0-60psi) and a sard FPR

I am guessing that the silver nipple on top of the FPR is where the gauge taps into it usually but wait, autometer said that their gauge requires 1/8 NPT female port

so geez, how do I mate them together? should I just get a gauge that doesn't require a 1/8 NPT? I plan to leave the gauge next to FPR under the hood.

the silver nipple is vaccumm..you'll figure out where everything goes when you get the fpr but to make the gauge fit you have to buy a tap and thread the fpr to 1/8 npt

the nipple fitting holes are 1/8 NPT and the gauge port is 1/8 BSPT, good luck on getting cheap BSPT gauges, I bought a 1/8 npt from summit racing for 20$ shipped.

I used the gauge on one of the 1/8npt port and the extra nipple on the fuel fail. I run the fuel line off of the 1/8 BSPT port after I found something from the hardware store.

good luck, if I can do it again I'll just use nismo
