ok ive been reading different forums about turboing my car, most i find just talks about what you need to get to make more power, some takes you step by step on how to achieve certain power, but thats not really what im looking for, what im looking for is how to run my ka safely and smoothly without getting into too much maintance trouble, so heres what i got so far:Greddy turboGreddy turbo manifoldGreddy air filter kit Greddy fuel railGreddy downpipeGreddy emanage with ignition timing harness and pressure sensor harnessGreddy type S BOV370cc fuel injectorsHybrid GT spec Front mount intercoolerWalbro 255 fuel pumpTial 38mm wastegate3' Espelir Exhaust JGT500R

things im still working on getting:Z32 MAFAPR studs (head and main if needed?? let me know)

Some maintance stuff that i make sure i do along the way:NGK Iriduim plugsNGK Performance Spark Plug WiresZ32 fuel filterOnly synthetic motor oil and every 3000 milesOnly synthetic transmission oil

my question is this... is all my setup and what im doing good enough to SAFELY run turbo on my ka?

my engine have around 75000 miles, do i need to replace all my gaskets, all the studs, the piston, the rods, the cams and all that? do i need to rebuild my engine bottom end or top end? what are some things that i need to do to safely run my ka with the turbo setup? im only trying to make around 250hp with all this setup, not trying to up the boost or anything as well for a long time. what do you guys suggest?

No need to open up your engine for 250hp. Get a good mani, like IAP, AMS, revhard. Get a nice hybird t3/t4. And then go from there. You will need the z32mafs for that range to be safe. Get some 440cc injectors from deastchwerks. Walboro fuel pump. Any FMIC that fits. Then ge tpipign done by a shop or buy ebay kit and cut to fit. You'll save money by pieceing together. Get a SAFC to correct for fuel.Tow your car to a dyno once you get everything hooked up and it starts up.Get on dyno have them retard your base timing 2-3 degrees and you'll be safe under boost. Shouldn't need more than 10-12psi.They can hook you up to their wideband and give you a solid tune. Have them tune for a 11.5 a/f ratio so you'll be on the conservative side.
