Safe Rims/Wheels to put on 2004 Coupe? Click/Creak noise while driving slow?

Hey all,

I was wondering what I could get away with in terms of a bigger wheel/tire combo?

I was thinking 19inch rims with 245/45 tires (possibly making them all the same size at all 4 corners so I can rotate)

Also, does anyone hear a clicking sound when driving a little rough in 1st/2nd gear? My neighborhood has a lot of speed bumps so I always find myself in 1st or 2nd. Whenever I rev over 2.5k and let of the throttle my car bounces (to be expected) and also gives off a clicking noise from the front (as if it is the brakes or something).
