What is the safe ranges for an EGT both under boost and during cruiseing for an s13SR motor? I keep gettin different info. I've recently been told that between 825 and 900 under boost and 650-700 under cruiseing. are these correct temps? of course this is Celsius so Farenheit would be 1450-1530 or so and 1200-1290 or so. thanks, joe

In case any of this matters, Blitz FMIC, Blitz Downpipe, N1 dual exhaust everything else is stock and stock boost

I've never gone over 800 when I'm boosting. Cruising, I'm usually between 600 and 700. I would start getting worried about 850 or 900.

I've been told that things start melting at 1600 F.

You also wanna look out if Your temp goes down or stays level when u mash the throttle and start making boost thats a surefire sign of leaning out......
