First things first read the stickies.

i believe you can run pretty close to 270-300whp and be reliable, for boost i say dont go past 9psi. the ka's can go up to 400+whp on stock internals but wont be reliable. This is based on what i found here on nico, if you want gaurantee reliable then run something like sr turbo and stock boost of 7psi.

this all depends on the condition of the motor and how hard you push the engine. get a compression test first. and dont cheap out on your tuning and fuel. Theres actually a lot more to it but read the stickies first, this question have been discussed about soooo many times.

dont get no-brand ebay crappp. there's a stickie about ebay stuff, they are never good. seriously you should read the stickies.

if you do your set-up correctly w/ 7-8 psi you can achieve 250whp and be reliable.

jgstools.com have a good turbo kit, but depends on your budget. if you decied to do bottom mount T2 set-up then you can part yourself a kit. frsport have a turbo manifold for ka24DE (says megan-not really a megan brand). if you get that then you can use sr20det parts such as d/p, elbow, FMIC, etc.......

Please read the stickies and list a budget + what motor you have(SOHC or DOHC).

not exactly, I've had great luck with manifolds/down pipes. I know two local people with top of the line manifolds and they both cracked.....wouldnt buy a turbo off ebay though.... know a guy that bought a 400$t28 off ebay and it cost another 900 to fix(basically needed all parts replaced...) yeah he still came out cheaper than a true garrett t28 but ffs the downtime...

no one is really going to want to spoon feed you all the answers, but i promise if you search around you will find all your answers, i know this cause i have done it. the info is there, just use that handy little flashing search button, and the ebay parts thread. then what you cant find or need more help with, come back and ask!
