Safe boost and tips on my setup

OK so heres my setup.

550cc injectors, walbro 255, s14 t28, fmic, z32 maf, rom tune etc.

I am having problems running 15-16psi, I think the issue is when it hits boost its spikes to 18-19psi and settles down to 15-16psi, when it spikes I can sometimes hear a little ping. I am running iridium plugs I have heard this WILL NOT help with detonation and pinging problems and that it can actually cause it.

Any tips to get the most of my setup? If it helps its doing this with 92 octane ARCO gas.

Any tips to max out this setup are greatly appreciated, I want to roll with this torquey setup for a while, its fun... jus tdont want to blow my motor in the process.

How is your wastegate actuator's pressure line routed?
