I was wondering which was the better of the two?

I am planning on getting one really soon.

Thanks for helping me with this decision.

Planning on running t25, 370cc, etc...

Save your cash and just get a SAFC2, they both do the exact same thing the neo just has some extra flash. Also some stuff you dont need like Vtec control.

*cough* e-Mance *cough*

His board and tune runs 125 bucks. Easy to solder in. But at least you can drive your car and have fun. Then save up for an SAFC of your liking.

Actually, I wouldn't even use a damned SAFC if I didn't have a wideband. I would trust the ecu tune more than 'guessing' with an SAFC and no wideband.

My $.02

But if I 'have' to answer your question. SAFC2 it is.

I believe its the same E-mance as on E-bay, I would just contact E-mance Via E-mail and ask some questions, cant hurt anything.

Logan76 thanks for the input.

i will go ahead and try that.

btw oh ya so far i think i am leaning towards the safc2.

and will be looking into more info on that e-mance. i saw other threads on nico about the e-mance and will look more into that. i didnt think it would come up on this topic but its good it did cause now im looking into more tuning, i was thinking of a dyno tune but now might look into the e-mance and do more research.

Yep, that's Jason's e-mail. He's super friendly, and will help you out with just about anything. Super cool guy.

I'm running his setup in my ECU, and I run 12's in the 1/4 mile, and get 28mpg on the highway..

I have a wideband, and an SAFC for what it's worth. I checked his tune from square one with a Blazt data cable, and my wideband to monitor air/fuel. Everything looked good.

You should drive the car to him after you get it done, thats if you dont live that far. so that you can install the ecu and run it around the block and if anything goes wrong he can retune really fast. i just picked my ecu from him this past monday, he is a really cool guy. my car idles/revs really good, but havent drove it around since my transmission went out.
