I'm looking to buy a piggy back fuel management system and i can't decide if i want the SAFC or SAFC-II. All my friends keep telling me to go for the SAFC because the SAFC-II sucks but none of them can give me a clear answer why. So i figure i'll ask you guys since you all have same or at least Nissan engines to work with. So what do you guys think? If you say the SAFC-II blows then please tell me why. Thanks.

I have the SAFC2. The controls are a bit more difficult to use. But it has more tuning parameters.

The SAFC II is basically the same as the V1.. it offers a couple of extra features including more precise tuning (in like 200 rpm increments), knock sensor compatibility, and more memory settings I think. It's just an updated version of the SAFC... the SAFC I think other than ebay isn't really available from anyone much anymore. Except used and ebay. I stock SAFC II

ive dealt with both units and got the safcII. its not too much different other than the overall appearance and the addition of a few more tuning parameters. go with whichever you want, shouldnt run you too much.
